If this describes you and you’re interested in a rewarding career with Bright, you can visit us on LinkedIn to discover the roles we currently have to offer.

If you think one of these isn’t quite right for you, but you believe you’re right for us, you can get in touch directly to speak with a member of our team.

We conduct twice yearly employee surveys so we can truly understand our talents needs and encourage suggestions for continuous improvement. We offer a variety of benefits and programmes.

We offer many health and wellbeing initiatives and perks, including private healthcare, the cycle to work scheme, free eye tests and membership to Perkbox offering discounts at shops, restaurants, bars and gyms. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers 24/7 access to numerous professional advisory teams such as qualified counsellors or financial advisors.

We appreciate the need to maintain a healthy work / life balance.  At Bright we combine office and home-based working, but strongly believe that our agency culture and optimum mental health and creativity relies on regular face-to-face interaction.  We also endeavour to give people the time to pursue their personal interests and healthy pursuits.

We’re positive about mental health and are proud to adhere to the ‘Where’s Your Head At’ manifesto which calls for a working world where mental health is supported and protected. Our Head of Talent is a qualified Mental Health First Aider. We also offer an additional day off each year. Our digital detox day encourages everyone to down tools for a day in order to raise awareness of the benefits of powering down.

We are always stretching ourselves and expanding our knowledge. Our Brighter learning sessions, our inhouse insights teams and trend watching initiatives feed all of our thinking. DiSC Training is also offered to all to ensure we work better together and exercise our emotional intelligence which is a vital part of our culture.

We take time to celebrate Bright people, and to reinforce our company values. Brighter Sparks seeks to recognise outstanding achievement within the agency recognising a team member who has gone above and beyond, or demonstrated Bright’s company values. We also have an annual bonus scheme for all.

Having fun together is an important part of the culture at Bright. We come together regularly throughout the year to foster a trusted, collaborative and supportive culture. We aim to build friendships within the agency, not just working relationships.
