We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and streamline operations for one of Bright Partnerships’ biggest global sponsorship accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration across the team, efficient delivery of projects, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be working across a portfolio of premium motorsport, football and music partnerships and rightsholders.
This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask, and ideally, someone who has experience with communications to clients from executive to C-suite level. It would also be preferable if you have been exposed to evaluation and reporting projects, worked in ethics and compliance or ticketing. It would be a bonus if you have worked within sports partnerships or marketing previously, but it is not essential.
You will work with the client and Senior Account Manager/Operations Lead, leading on projects and providing additional support where needed. This role will be fast-paced and requires exceptional attention to detail as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, system updates, and wider account management throughout the year.
The position is hybrid working with the office based in London, UK.
