With fans stuck at home, DHL had to find a new way to deliver the club to their doors.

Old Trafford is the heartbeat of Manchester United, the ground where dreams have become reality for players and fans alike. However, only a fraction of Man Utd fans will ever get to visit the stadium and the Covid-19 pandemic prevented fans from attending the Theatre of Dreams altogether. So how could DHL connect fans from around the world with the club they love?

Enter the virtual Theatre of Dreams.

DHL created an interactive virtual Old Trafford inviting fans to take a seat inside their spiritual home. Each seat number represented the chance to win fantastic prizes including once in lifetime experiences and merchandise. Lucky winners took part in virtual coaching sessions, club legend and player hang outs, PES matches and also received personalised messages from first team stars.

DHL successfully connected Man Utd fans from across the globe, bringing them closer to the club they love, when they needed it most.
