Visa’s London Innovation Centre opened in 2017, launching their new approach to strategic partnerships and innovation.
Strategy, Idea Generation, Content Creation, Design, Project Management, Event Production, Measurement The new centre runs ‘co-creation’ workshops with strategic partners to enable problem solving through customer-centric design thinking and technology. Visa wanted to turn their pioneering new Innovation Centre capabilities into a compelling showcase to take on tour. Visa’s Formula-E Innovation Showcase was launched at the Monaco e-Prix to C-level strategic partners and executives. Visa’s innovation process was brought to life in a live physical environment through film, sketch diagrams, graphic animations, photography and Formula E prototype app. The Innovation storytelling was also weaved into the broader end to end customer journey, including pre, during & post event digital communications, a tour of the physical Innovation space and integration of messaging at-race. The outcome was not only a prototype companion App for Formula E fans, but more importantly a touring Visa Innovation Showcase for B2B audiences. #LetsBuildTogether VISA & FORMULA E
